A total of 7 dishes including appetizer, main course and dessert.The main course is a tasting comparison of Matsusaka beef loin and fillet, which are said to be "works of meat art."Enjoy the sweet, rich, and elegant aroma and the meat is so tender it can be cut with chopsticks.In addition, you can choose from three types of pairings (4,800 yen/4 glasses) carefully selected by a sommelier to go with your meal: wine pairing, tea pairing, or half pairing.Can be added to the course for an additional 4,800 yen.*Course time is 120 minutes
