The meal consists of seven courses in total, including three appetizers, a main course, and dessert.This course features seasonal appetizers and fish dishes made with fresh, in-season ingredients, as well as a chance to compare and contrast Wagyu beef loin and fillet.In addition, you can choose from three types of pairings (4,800 yen/4 glasses) carefully selected by a sommelier to go with your meal: wine pairing, tea pairing, or half pairing.Can be added to the course for an additional 4,800 yen.Recommended for lunch with important people, such as business entertainment or anniversaries! *Course menu is 120 minutes long

Appetizer Platter (3 kinds): Yellowtail, Daikon Radish, Ginger, Lemon

Fish Dish: Sweet Snapper, Aonori (seaweed), Clam Broth, Shrimp Essence. *Lobster option available for an additional +6500 yen (for two people or more).

Salad: Seasonal Vegetable Combination Salad

Meat dish: 50g of Wagyu beef loin and 40g of beef fillet

Meal: Rice cooked in a pot, miso soup, pickles, meat miso udon

Dessert: Strawberry, Roasted Green Tea, Milk ~Affogato~
