A total of 8 dishes including 4 appetizers, a main course and a dessert.The main course is a tasting comparison of 50g of loin and 40g of fillet, and you can enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture and concentrated flavor of Matsusaka beef, one of Japan's three great wagyu beefs.In addition, pairing wines (4 types) selected by our sommelier to match the dishes can be added to each course for an additional 2,400 yen (tax included), and non-alcoholic pairings (4 types) for an additional 2,000 yen (tax included).*Course time is 120 minutes
